Stella D’oro Company Announces Distribution Agreement with Premier Snack Distributors in New York City

Bronx, NY – March 23, 2007 - Stella D’oro announced today that it has signed a long-term distribution agreement with Premier Snack Distributors of New York to handle direct store delivery of the famous Stella D’oro cookie and breadstick product line effective April 2, 2007. Premier will be handling the Stella D’oro line in the four boroughs of Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn and the Bronx, replacing the company-owned distribution operation that previously serviced this market.

Premier Snacks has been operating for over thirteen years in the New York metropolitan area. It was started by its current owner, Marc Ceruto. Premier and its affiliate distribution companies service over 10,000 retail locations in New York City. It is committed to servicing the cookie and salty snack categories with such well known brand names as Kelloggs, Keebler, Sunshine, Famous Amos, Tastykake and Madhouse Munchies.
